The Wall Street Journal  Elizabeth Fago, a Florida businesswoman, raised a quarter of a million dollars for George W. Bush, but hasn’t raised money for his brother —until now. “I’m all in,” she said, having spoken to Mr. Bush the other day. “I told him it’s way too early to worry.”
